HICT 動作示範 9 – High Knees Running

今日已經進入HICT 嘅第9個exercise喇,今次呢個exercise有啲似我地小學體育堂做嘅原地跑,不過呢個就要兩膝到條腰咁高,雖然短短嘅30秒,但係呢個exercise已經可以令我嘅背脊出晒汗,所以我一般都會利用佢嚟做埋熱身…High Knees Running 去片!!
