掌上壓(Push Up)鍛鍊方法

掌上壓係一個最常做嘅健身動作之一,相信不少男士都會用掌上壓黎打賭甚至係屋企無聊時都會做番幾下。而當中最常做嘅掌上壓分別係窄手掌上壓(鍛鍊肱三頭肌較多)及闊手掌上壓(鍛鍊胸大肌較多)。但係如果胸肌較弱連一下都做唔到應該點算?應該點樣練起? 快啲去片啦!
